hi rvc_90106... so far wala na akong alam na isusubmit pang iba aside sa rprf and medicals. once ubmited you will wait nalang if you need additional meds at kung ok naman lahat ng med results mo then magwait ka na for ppr like me... ;)

Hello to all batchmates in the forum.

Just would like to update my info. Have recently paid the Right to Residence Fee via the drop box at the embassy.
Now the only thing pending for us is submission of our medical certificates (both for my wife and I).

Question on medical certificate ... I have been diagnosed before with Mitral Valve Prolpse (MVP) and have been honest enough to declare this in my medical forms. Hence the medical practitioner at Nationwide requested for a Cardio medical certificate. December last year, I was advised by my cardio to undergo a series of tests because I had tested positive in the treadmill stress test (seems like there is something blocking my heart artery or something). To sum it up...it went up to me undergoing angiogram procedure to see if there really is some block. Good news is that there is no block...it was just spasm that was causing the "block" like behavior. Hence I was cleared of any suspicions of block. To comply with the medical certificate required of me, I went to see my cardio again and he asked me to undergo again a treadmill stress test...which this time have been found normal. My problem is my cardio worded the medical certificate that I underwent agiogram procedure before and that from this it was found out that nothing is wrong etc...given this, would I need to attach the laboratory reports related to the angiogram procedure or would the most recent treatmill test suffice for the embassy's need?

Appreciate your thoughts on this.

Rich

I would attach even the angiogram results supporting the medical certificate so as not to add more worry on the part of the VO.
