I will be submitting our medical certificates (together with the report attachments) today. Hopefully no more issues.

One more item i am concerned about is that our request for medicals indicate a date of September 28, 2010 as issue date. It is also mentioned that I have 60 days to complete my medicals. However, during the process of applying we had our 2nd daughter last September 10, 2010. I gave pre-hand notice to the embassy about the expected baby. When I updated them of this new addition to the family, they requested for updated forms, pictures and processing fee for my second daughter. Last time I inquired, they said that my daughter's medical forms have been mailed October 27, 2010 but up to now we haven't received it yet. Just in case the forms arrive much later (after November 28, 2010 - 60 days from my medical request letter), would this void any attempts to include my last daughter in the application?

Have your medicals done by probably 1 week prior to Nov 28 (deadline) if you still haven't got the MR for your newborn (Congrats ) just to make sure u did it within the deadline. Your newborn has a different deadline. The DMP will ask for the MR so you really cant do the medicals for your newborn.

Just wait for the MR as long as u can before the deadline then do yours then for your newborn after you get MR for him/her.

Your newborn is already included having the embassy already sent the MR. Just do what they have requested from you (updated forms/rprf for new born) and the medicals should be alright.

Lastly get passports for your newborn cause they will require it when PPR comes out.

Just finished submitting the papers lunch time today.

Is my assumption correct? I start the 2 week countdown from today for Nationwide to contact me if there would be any further testing to be done regarding our medicals? We took our initial tests last October 26 so it has been more than 2 weeks since we got our medicals technically done. Read in previous posts that if we haven't received any news from Nationwide within 2 weeks...that means they forwarded the results already to the embassy. Since we had delays in acquiring the medical certs, does our 2 week counting time start today only?

try to ask a copy of the waybill issued by the courier and use the tracking number in tracing the dox. for DHL wide wide world express, u can browse it online. i dont know if it works for jrs and lbc, u can inquire from them using the tracking #.

Hubby was able to see the pulmo last Nov8th at wala naman sya nakita reason for him to take medication although he still have to do the sputum test this coming week plus the re-x-ray on January as per requirement by the DMP in Nationwide.

Sa mga gustong kumuha ng connecting flights from Vancouver to anywhere in Canada, may tiyahin po ako dun na willing tayo iassist. She will meet you at the Vancouver airport and help you around. Meron din po sya insurance na kelangan natin habang waiting pa tayo na macover ng province. She is also a real estate broker.

Nagpaquote na din ako para maisama sa budget. $446.81 daw sa aming mag-anak for 3months coverage pero as soon as maissue ng ministry of health ang health card, refundable na daw ang remaining days. She just asked for our birthdays for the quotation.

Yung kapatid kong andun na, she was able to refund half month coverage.

Hesitant nga ako kung kukuha pa pero sabi nya kelangan talaga kc consultation pa lang $120 na at sa ER naman, pag-upo mo pa lang $700 na.

@ abilex - I read your post in the other thread regarding the re xray of your husband. Did you ask your doctor about the findings of the xray because you said there is a small scar ba na nakita sa lungs ng hubby mo? Kasi in my case, my wife undergo rexray also in nationwide but after she was told after that there is no problem.

@bongaces, sir what happen na doon sa re xray ng wife mo, did the DMP send the medicals to CEM? ksi same tyo situation as of now na re xray wife ko wala pa kmi feedback from NHSI pero inquire ako thru on line processing pa status nya for almost 9 days na so i have to check next week kung naisend n, please share your experience thanks!

Mimi nag pa book ako sa agency namin sa CIC sa may coatal mall meron din kasi silang travel agency, after ng medical nag pa book ako thru email eto yung email ad pwede mo silang e email info @ travel.com mag pa quote ka sayang yung promo. Cathay pacific edmonton kami.

@canada73 Inadvise ng NHSI na magundergo sya ng sputum test last oct 18. 3 consecutive days yung test. Yung result lalabas daw sa Dec 19. Based dun sa check up nya sa makati med pulmonary wala naman daw sakit but mas mabuti na isputum test para wala ng question ang embassy. for my 2 kids na send na sa embassy. Ako dito naman sa bahrain nag pamed at nasend na rin sa embassy. I already sent email informing them the additional test for my wife.
