FSW applicants (MI-2 and MI-3) with visa office Buffalo (now Ottawa)

Any FSW applicants (under MI-2 and MI-3) applied on or after 1st July 2010 (with visa office Buffalo, now Ottawa) got any news from Ottawa ???

Seems like we are forgotten, or perhaps they are waiting for next year to start. May be this year quota is already finished ???
