Thanks brother for your reply. My wife is the primary applicant and she applied through visa center. She received her second line update ( which is now 4th line) on 24 th September 2014. Till than no update. All the informations she provided are 100 genuine. Seven months earlier we received our gcms note which was showing nothing significant. We raised couple of cse which has not bought any success yet. I do not know is there anybody like us waiting that long or not.

So if you have any suggestion just share. If CIC does not want to give us the confirmation why they are not sending the refusal letter that I do not know also.

"Scotia Consultant" and "Alice Immigration" are other two authorized agents in Bangladesh processing Canadian Visa.

I m in a hurry, will give u a detailed reply via pm later. For now, I can say this. Delay is good in PR application. Delay means they cant decide to reject your file yet (which means u have more chance).

Please dont get agitated, the rumour is not true. Members still got PPR and various updates yesterday. I know three people (myself inclusive) that got updates yesterday. So please stay positive and remain hopeful.

Hi there
I saw your post the other day regarding delays in your processing and gave a short reply.

True that many who applied via Visa Center are still waiting. Some have received negative decisions already.

Since you haven't got such news (Allah forbid), you can assume that they wont reject your case without giving you a chance to explain.

Here are my suggestions.

File a general diary in police station that you were misguided by unauthorized agent (Visa Center).

Raise a Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) with Canadian High Commission at Singapore to change mailing/residential address (if you used visa center address in application)

In the body of the cse write that you used the service of Visa Center without knowing that they are unauthorized. Also state that you were not aware of the Canadian laws in this regard.

Then say that you've terminated connection with your agent and have filed a General Diary (attach the gd copy) so Police may take action.

After this, state that although you took the service Visa Center, all information and documents in your application are genuine.

Finally say that you are sorry for the mistake and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

After you're done with the CSE, wait until your address is updated in ecas. Then apply for GCMS notes to see if anything has moved with regard to your application.

Have faith in Allah, and wish you all the best.

Alhamdulillah, got passport request today from MVO...I m a july, 2014 applicant, NOC :2133, got MR on17th Nov...medical done on 9th December 2015...thanks all forum members, followed you all here regularly ...pls pray for me for rest of the process...I pray for you all be successful in this journey ...
