Hello Seniors,
I need some advice for my PNP nominated EE main application to CIC. I was FSW 14 applicant. My application was refused as SGVO was not satisfied with my JD (Reference Letter). Here I want mentioned that my 1st JD (Reference Letter) not so well written and I had no idea about the process. When I got PF I tried to elaborate those in details. But I think it quite impossible to impress the VO in 2nd time and eventually I got DM after 16 months of my application.
From my GCMS I got some clue that they found wrong person for the Reference. They were in doubt about that person. I tried to made them clear. But don't know... In DM letter they said they are not satisfied with my JD so they are refusing the application and if I'm interested then apply in new system.

In Dec I applied in SK PNP and got nominated, I mentioned my refusal and attached that DM letter. I already got ITA from CIC.
Now this time I took reference letter from my immediate supervisor, but our working stations are different. I sit near main DC and network section and doing roster duty. There is high probability that they find me absent in day time but my colleagues can response if they visit my work station. But if they go directly to my supervisor and don't find the supervisor or me there or talked with new person who can't recognize or represent me then that will be negative impact (I'm trying to protect myself from worst case scenario)
In that case is it will be good to mention my workplace in the reference letter? Like due to his responsibility he is working near DC and main network station.
If I made any change in JD (Reference Letter) by which I got nomination from SK, will be any problem? or need to be same JD (Reference Letter) in PNP and CIC? Or after updating the JD (Reference Letter) which in going to submit CIC then send all the docs with updated JD (Reference Letter) to SK also? Or don't touch that JD (Reference Letter), just submit that previous Reference Letter which I submitted to SK?

Do I need to write an explanation letter, what's my opinion regarding the refusal of my previous application?

I'm really in confusion what to do and how to overcome this situation!
Sorry for big post!
Thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear your refusal. What you need to do are :

01. Prepare a new JD with full description and elaboration and include the main contents of your previous JD.
02. Mention clearly about your duty time and working place/station as well as your supervisor.
03. Mention that you provided all true facts in FSW, but due lack of adequate idea you could not organize JD in proper manner.
04. Remember they will must check your previous JD along with your PF reply and compare with new JD. So the statement should be similar.
05. Dont input any false info or any statement which is beyond your control. Because as a refused candidate, they will probably go for your site visit (Try to inform them your duty timing)

InshaAllah you will be successful this time.

Dear experts
I got PF in March 2015 on my immigration history. I sent all relevant docs within March. Since then no update, asked for GCMS couple of times, but no update except review in progress. What do you think how long this review process can take? I have visits to number of places. Any idea about the maximum time it may take to complete the review process?

Maximum time for SGVO may be up to next century :P

But you can count maximum 13 months from today.

Just heard from a source that two bd nov applicants got mr from Manila. Can anybody confirm the authenticity of this news? Does this mean that bd nov files have been transferred to Manila VO from SGVO?

Check the MR waiting club thread, you may get some clues Nisha.

Once Again SGVO went to sleep mode :(

Alhamduillah, today receive MR for 2nd time for my newborn baby from MVO.

At January 11, 2016, I raised CSE asking for status and today they reply with MR :D

Pray for us. Hope all will get their desired Maple Leaf VISA.

Thanks

Greetings everyone in this group.

I have a great news to share - I have received PPR by the grace of Almighty Allah and sent passport yesterday. Was quite busy and thus late to let you know...

Anyone who sent his/her PCC, RPRF and IMM5669 to Singapore VO can share your anxiety to me! Mine was recieved by a guy named Roland. I don't know if it arrived to the right destination. I can not check my status by Reciept Form in ecas!

Please share

There is no update on your ecas when they receive the supplementary docs, only can be seen through GCMS note.

Just wait, I submitted all the docs earlier than you, maybe your PPR is right after mine. Pray for me, please.

It arrived on 7th Jan! I just sent an email to VO to inform my sending. In case they recieved it later than the due date so I have the evidence to show them!
