I have noticed that SGVO uses every means to delay the processing. Issuing Queries on Job Description, employment records, DNA test for newborn, Renewed Proof of Fund. Etc.

After issuing any document request, the file goes inside a refrigerator for six months or more. Maybe they keep buying time so that they can clear backlogs as old as 2011.

There may be two probable outcome of this long leave of absence covering a period of roughly 10-12 days which start from 23 Dec and ends on 2 Jan.
1. Before Leave....Possible deadline 20-22 Dec...complete max pending cases and move for holidays. Still we have 20 days to get some outcome.
2. After Leave......The process may cont till the leave season ends. That means by 15 Jan we may get some result.

B+ yarr....Its not a result or type of blood group for sure. Good luck everyone.

I read on Y-Axis notification that there is a push for clearing 2014 backlog as there is expected increase in new EE applications in 2016 due to expected lower CRS score and some other changes. So hopefully by next week there will be a big push for new MRs and PPRs etc.
Also agree to your second point, they will only start serious work after Mon, Jan 11, 2016 onwards.

Hi,

Thats really a good news. But y-axis is my agent too, i havent received any :(

Lets keep the fingers crossed.

I couldn't verify any such news. Agents say almost anything to please you.

There's one plausible reason for the pause in fsw processing in recent weeks. You know student visa applicants of winter session have filed their applications. And they will receive the highest priority before Christmas.

I am saying this because there was a similar pattern in fall session. And this was common across all visa offices.

I will keep my mind away from the fsw thing till mid January.

Dear Fellow Applicant,

Alhamdulillah!! I would like to share a good news with you all !!I have received MR request from SGVO on 3 December 2015.My application details are as follows:

NOC:2281
App submit date:23-Oct-2014
AOR:10-Mar-2015
Med & IMM 5669 & PCC & RPRF request: 3-December 2015

During application time I have received exceptional support from fellow forum members, for which I am grateful to all. Now I need your help and suggestion again. Following are my queries :
1. Where I can do my medical test and which option will be faster?
2. I have to submit my PCC again within 30 days. I had to take my PCC form Barisal because of the address on my passport. I am worried Undecided, if I cannot manage the PCC within 30 days, how can I apply for some additional time? Please provide your guidance and suggestion on this issue.
3. How can I pay my RPRF fees? ,SGVO provided link shows that Bank draft or credit can be used for payment. Please provide your suggestion on this issue also.
4.My passport has 1 year validity ,do I need to renew my passport ,please suggest.

Looking for your value able suggestions.

Thanks

Alhamdullah and congratulations.

Please do your medical as soon as possible. you can do your medical at Dr. Wahab or Dr. Lina at Baridhara. But Dr. Wahab is out of the country till 8th December. I have done my medical at Dr. Lina's clinic at Baridhara.

For your police clearance certificate you should go to barisal yourself and speedup your pcc procedure with speed money :). It takes 3/4 days maximum to get the PCC from SP office. If you are under Metropolitan area you may take 7 days maximum. If you collect PCC from SP office you have to attest your PCC from the Foreign Ministry.

To pay your RPRF fee I would suggest you to pay by credit card. If you do not have your own international credit card you are allowed to pay through other's CC as well. You will get a payment slip in your email after paying the fees through CC. You can also pay the fees by DD. The Standard Chartard bank is only authorised bank in Bangladesh to pay fees by DD. but there are hassles in bank queue. Now choice is yours.

Please do the preparation of the docs as soon as possible as the visa office is going for a long vacation from 18/20 december upto 10 January.

Thanks.

OK, let us do a math

APP-1022 ME-1119
APP-1023 ME-1203

.........................

APP-1216 ME-1201

yeah, it is 1201! but it is 2017 1201!!!!!

I really dont want swear SGVO.

I think we could send a joint letter to the minister to tell him we are suffering from the low efficiency from the SGVO, maybe he could push sgvo to expedite the processing.
