Found Decision Made in ECAS and also received request for submitting passport in 30 days. Planning to go to VFS Monday. hope this will bring some Hope for others in the forum.

Yes I have passed 2/3 days thinking of with which designation I should apply. As there were no NOC with such designation combination, I was confused and I applied with System Analyst as it was my key role in the company and I have track of job history. Now I see it was my great mistake.

Don't give up so soon. Contact an authorized immigration consultant. Get their opinion. If they say there's hope (and the logic behind such hope), then you can file an appeal through that lawyer.

The date of Mass 2nd line update was 26 Aug. It was exactly 4 months prior to Christmas vacation.
Now at the 1st week of Nov we are receiving alarming number of rejection cases. All of the rejection cases were asked PF.
Today we are almost 40 days away from the vacation.
If we consider that the VOs(Should we include SGVO? ;D ;D ;D) have decided that they are going to complete the remnant files before the vacation starts (as per the link provided) then should we start dreaming of getting our disposal within this 40 days?
Mass MR in the first week of Dec!!! Am I too optimistic? Inspired by the link provided by RK da.

I think before close all doors of hope you should consult with a lawyer, if he refuse according their law points forward for other CA immigration options. No harm taking a try . Good luck.

Today I received my correspondence aka Refusal letter. Though they threaten for 5 yrs restriction for misrepresentation in PF, but in the refusal letter they just mention I didnt meet their requirement for the NOC 2171. though the PF was related to my Payslip not for JD.
By the way, I have 3.5 yrs as Programmer Analyst, 1 yrs Senior Programmer Analyst and 10 Months as System Analyst experience in my previous company which is 24 yrs renown company.

My current company was a startup company and I joined as System Analyst in yr 2011. later on I got involve partially in some Administrative tasks for lack or resource person. So I used designation 'Director & System Analyst' but my key role was System Analyst. May be they didnt like the term 'Director'. and that's why they ignored my 3.5 yrs experiences as System Analyst in the current company. So far I know in many cases term 'Director' is used as Honorary post. On the other hand, what about self employed or entrepreneur.

Should I challenge their decision, what your suggestion?

Yes he can get the opinion but his case is different than others. As they already visited physically in his office and found the mismatch, it would be harmful for him.

Authorized immigration consultant would not help anymore. I found in most of the cases, they just collect the signing money and give an explanation letter which has no impact on their application status. This is one kind of deceiving or robbery with license.

Totally agree with Rumel bhai on this issue. Most of the cases they do not refuse their clients.

You should request for GCMS note to see file status. Previously, we found that they rejected the files after 5 months of PF letter issue.

So, you have to wait at least 3-4 months to get the update.

I am lucky to pass 2 hurdle. Once they asked for my mistake in Background Declaration file and later they asked for Proof of fund. I able to clarify both the query. My FDR was created 1 week before my application so they wan to check the fund which I able to show I did not touch the fund.

my ecas last line says this 'We sent you correspondence on November 6, 2015 about the decision on your application.'

that is the reason i am tensed...as i know general decision made line is like this: a decision has been made in your application. an officer will contact you for further instruction

so do you have any line like this? my line is different so i am really worried and thinking its negative
