If your answer is yes, you can appeal the decision with the help of an AUTHORIZED Immigration Consultant. Maybe you'll get the review in your favour.
You can also try for other countries. I for one am planning for Denmark, if I get rejected in my Canadian PR application.
I worked for this company is 100% true. The real fact is, my company is a startup company which started on 2011 and registered on 2012. I joined on Oct 2011 in this company as employee with designation 'System Analyst' and later on I got some partnership. So later on my designation has changed to 'Director & System Analyst'. As a startup company we have lack of proper documentation. My sent payslip was not exported from any payroll system but from beginning of 2015, our company has started a new payroll system which was on trial run during the visit time of CHC in may 2015. they have taken screenshoot of my payslip from computer screen which was not with verified data. They complain about my EMP ID, Designation, Bank A/C No and Salary Amount(misunderstood by them). In new system, we have reorganize employees by deducting not permanent employee. So my employee id changed from 4 to 3. Bank A/C number was random number which used to test the system. As there are no NOC with 'Director & System Analyst', I have applied for System Analyst as it is my primary role.
In sent PaySlip, their complained Amount label was 'Gross Amount' and in new format it is 'Net Amount'. So the value has changed.
So far, I have provided detailed explanation from my Managing Director with new payslip. But no luck.
Does anyone know the details procedure of Appeal?
Please give the guide line.
