Last week I raised the 2nd CSE and received the reply after 2 days:
Dear Applicant
Thank you for your enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in Singapore.
Please be advised that the status of your application has not changed since our last reply to you. Our office cannot provide you with an update of your case status by email on a regular basis, but rest assured we will contact you when your file has reached the next processing stage.
This application is still under review. Once the review has taken place, if any further documentation or information is required before a decision can be made on the application, our office will contact you. Until the review has been completed, we will not be able to provide any further information. Please wait to be contacted by our office.
In order to serve all clients better, we will be unable to answer further correspondence at this time.
Please also note that repeated status enquiries can contribute to delays in the processing of your file as the officer has to take time away from processing in order to respond to the request(s).
