Your case is completely different. You got the procedural fairness only for Job responsibility not for using any unauthorized agent.

You did your best brother. You have given all supporting documents as evidence.

Now, you have to wait and depend on your fate.

If you got rejected then you can appeal with the immigration lawyer. Because all of your evidences and docs are genuine. So, dont worry at all.

You have strong ground to appeal if your application got rejected.

As you already explained that you didnt engage with any agent and your boss endorsed the JD which he provided, you dont need to worry.

Hope your explanation got accepted.

If your doc received more than 2 months, I suggest you to request a GCMS note now. You can easily get their feedback.

boss i already applied for gcms on 8th october. just after one month of sending pf documents. After getting the gcms report, may be i will apply for another gcms this month.

Far as I know, even November applicants are waiting for their turn.

Recently they reduced PR to citizenship processing to less than 1 year, similarly if they do anything for us, it would be great.
