I am very much interested to know the percentage of getting chance after getting Procedural Fairness mail. I have sent my reply on 30 Sep 2015 and reply deadline was 07 Oct 2015. After replying, still no response from Singapore Visa Office whereas 30 days have been passed.

By the way, what type of response should I expect. Decision Made in ECAS or Medical Request email?
After PF mail, is 'Decision Made' line in ECAS is good sign or bad?

Please share your experiences.

Its quite tough to predict. But If you ask to be honest then I should say the percentage is very small. As we found in last two months, most of the PF cases they had just rejected after 5 months later of PF letter issuing.

But obviously there is a chance. It completely depends on your explanation with proper evidence and Case officer's mentality. If CO is convinced then and only then you can overcome this situation. And also if Allah wants then you must get MR.

Second thing, after PF mail the Decision Made is not a good sign. It is very very bad sign.

So, just pray to Almighty Allah. HE is the only one who can help to overcome this situation. If HE wants nothing can stop you. Best of luck

Any updates for you guys?
As suspected, I got a medical request for me and kids. Buggers, could not waive off considering the ordeal we had to go thru earlier. But i guess, they are following standard procedures. Last medical was done on Nov 11. So they want us to get that done again. Since my wife did further medical tests, she is exempted. Anyways, we will not see the visa in this year.
Medical will be done on Nov 11 as my family will be back on Nov 10 in Singapore. Hospital will upload results by Nov 15, CIC expected to take another 10 days i.e Nov 25. Then they need to see all other paperwork so they will not send PPR before Dec 25. Then the Christmas Holidays !!!

Really wish no one faces this ordeal as it takes a sea of patience to go through this.
