Dear all please any comments,

my timeline is below :

App Date : 3rd November, 2014
CC charged: 6th January, 2015
PER : 29th January, 2015
Visa Office : London
Visa Officer: RFI
I have received my GCMS NOTES, in GCMS NOTES, they mentioned PA PUT AWAY and due date is 15th September, 2015.

ASSESSMENTS 1

Eligibility: Not started
Criminality: Not Started
security: Not started
Medical: Not started:

Today is 17th September, so should I expect any update from LVO that they started work on my application. If anyone have the same experience please share.

Hey Inam Khan, u did not mention when u received gcms note?

However they must started working on ur file. So wait until mid October for update and do not get, then go for 2nd gcms note

Can you explain what is the fairness letter? What did you have to do after receiving it? So in your case, you got Decision made before the MR? Lucky you!

I am not FSW but PNP applicant also under SGVO. I submitted my application since Jul 2014 and SGVO started processing my file since Oct 2014. However, until now, I have not received MR, already more than 14 months waiting- I've been in Canada for almost a year on work permit. I don't know what to do now. Grateful for any advices you may have. Thanks a lot.

30 days procedural fairness letter means VO gives applicants to justify any confusion within 30 days. It can be anything work experience, marriage, bank statement etc. Upon receiving email from VO we have to send them supporting documents evidence to prove and claim. Its on the visa officer if they are convinced or not. if they are convinced they will send MR if not then rejection.

I dont know about PNP but normally Decision made before MR is a very bad sign!!! Best of luck

May I ask if your COPR has a stamp 'Not valid for Travel' on it? Also, in your passport where the Canada visa is, there is no photo? Mine does not have a photo on it and the COPR has a stamp 'Not valid for Travel' for all of our COPR. I wonder if mine is different?

Maybe I misread the statement when you mentioned (or might have mentioned) COPR, that is why I asked. But anyways, thank you for your kind answers. And there's a saying, that if you will it, you will get it, and you will of getting the visa, you will have it. Think positive. I wish you brother and hopefully, in time, you will have it. no mention of passport number. it just says : pls submit passport for you, your spouse. & dependents (if applicable), ensure there are enough pages for visa, check that it's an ordinary passport not diplomatic, & check the exp date.

Clearly you dont understand why those applicants who use consultant received FP letter. The problem is not to use consultants.

I believe that none of those applicants completed form IMM-5476 Use of the Representive, then consequently lead to the misrepresentation of the application materials, and as well as the work experience letters were prepared by the consultants by use the same template, which will expedite the VO to raise the concern of the rest of your application materails.

They have the right to reject your application if you could provid a reasonable explaination.
