We did medical with Dr. Wahab clinic.... I enquire them about the reports.... they said all the results are ok and they sent the reports through online...

I told you already, nothing can be predicted from new ecas updates. I understand that waiting in uncertainty is painful. To get peace of mind, you can enquire again with Dr. just to be very sure

Dear Moin Bhai
"Decision Made" before "Medical Results Have Been Received" is usually bad news. They probably will send a letter stating that you or your family member are medically inadmissible.

But with new ecas updates, I cant say it for sure. Why don't you contact the medical centre where you took the tests. Ask them if results were ok.

In all cases, VO does not reject directly. They will issue a fairness letter to give you chance to provide justification or explanation.

So, moin vai should not be worried. It may be a human error who has input the data.

But that is the story of London VO which was quiite fast before and kept their speed steady till now. We are under the "tortoise VO i.e. SGVO" ;D. So comparison with London VO may not work here.

Sorry guys for making you upset but I think those 2nd lines are nothing but a new update of their database where 2nd line means date of application received by Visa Office nothing else.

The reason I am thinking this is today I got my GCMS note which it's clearly mentioned that they haven't started processing my application yet. Where as I got 2nd line update like you guys last week:


1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 3, 2014.

2. We started processing your application on March 20, 2015.

IN MY POINT OF VIEW, THE 2ND LINE UPDATE IS A GOOD SIGN FOR ALL OF US. IT MAY HAPPEN THAT MINISTRY / CIC HAS INSTRUCTED THEM TO UPDATE THE DETAILS WHEN THEY HAVE ACCEPTED THE FILE FROM CIC OR WHEN THEY HAVE STARTED TO PROCESSING THE APPLICATION. YOU ALL CAN SEE THAT THE PROCESSING STARTED DATE IS SOMEWHERE BETWEEN PER AND AOR. BASICALLY THAT DATE IS THE RECEIVING DATE OF THE PAPER FILE BY THE VO.

I THINK THIS IS A KIND OF AUDIT OR MONITOR OFTHE WORKING EFFICIENCY OF THE VO WHICH WILL BE DONE BY MINISTRY / CIC. THIS WILL ALSO HELP MINISTRY / CIC TO MONITOR WHETHER VO IS COMPLYING WITH THE TIME FRAME THAT HAS BEEN INSTRUCTED BY THE GOVT/MINISTRY. BECAUSE DUE TO THE WORKING BEHAVIOR OF THE VO, BACKLOG IS CREATED AND GOVT CAN NOT ESTIMATE THEIR LABOR MARKET NEED. SUPPOSE GOVT HAD THE PLAN TO INCLUDE 100000 LAC LABOR FORCE IN THE MARKET IN A YEAR, BUT 25000-30000 MAY ARE COMING TO CANADA IN A YEAR DUE TO THE VO WORKING PATTERN. BESIDE THIS EXPRESS ENTRY TIME FRAME IS ONLY 6 MONTHS WHICH IS A CHALLENGE FOR THE GOVT. GOVT MAY PLAN SOMETHING ELSE IN THE FUTURE WITH EXPRESS ENTRY.

SO , MY POINT OF VIEW IS GUYS WE ARE GOING TO HAVE SOME GOOD NEWS VERY SOON.
