I am pretty sure that your reply to the fairness letter was full of adequate information which eventually cleared all the curiosity of the Visa Officer. Since many of our forum mates are getting this fairness letter so often, if you write a few words that will be an exemplary in this case.

In my reply I included a cover letter explaining a bit about my experience, contribution and job duties (matching NOC) in the company and included the following docs:
· Appointment Letter (Copy)
· Promotion Letters (Copy)
· Visiting Card (Original)
· Visiting Card of MD (Original)
· Company ID (Copy)
· Pay Slips (Copy)
· E mail communication with employees (Print Copy)
· Office Notices issued and signed by me as HR Executive and Manager(Copy)
· Letters issued to employees from HR department (Copy)
· A report on Vaccination campaign held by HR department. (Copy)
· Letters submitted to HR for Disciplinary Procedure (Copy)
· Employment Contract (Bangla) of Office Assistant (Copy)
· Recommendation Letter by Mr. XYZ (AGM, Accounts)
· Visiting card of AGM Accounts
· Office shift notice
. Pictures of previous and current address of my work place

In my cover letter I also mentioned about the HR manual, Performance Appraisal system and other HR related systems developed by me, and I can send them with the permission of the management as these are company properties.

With the help of Almighty, the visa officer was convinced. And In Sha Allah all of you will receive your good news soon.

If you are paying online then need to pay in Canadian dollars, simple no choice.
If you sending DD to Singapore VO then I would recommend in Singapore Dollar, so that they can locally withdraw.

Alhamdulillah

I got back passports today(with the visa). Passport received by VO on 22nd June, visa issued on 24th June, but I had to wait for this long for the relief.
Praying for all my brothers and sisters in this forum.

Hi All,

Finally, after 4 months from medicals, I received my PPR on 4th August. Submitted the passport on the same day.

All the best for fellow March medical applicants. It is worth the wait. Just keep your faith and hope. It will definitely come. It is just the processing time. Updated my timeline on the left.

I am not that much expert as you are thinking.

Hi Sharmin13 Bhaiya,

However though you didn't share the exact letter from VO of PF it is difficult to explain here. But from my understanding is that you need to provide about your company related information where you could proof of your job and related your field.

So now again you need to submit all kind of supporting documents from your company, such as -

1. Provide a fresh employment letter from HR stating your employment duration and working hour till now.

2. Provide another fresh updated job duty letter from your boss/line manager with a detailed job duties syncing with your NOC and previous submitted job duty letter.

3. Collect again all relevant employments letter such as your Promotion/salary increment/bonus letter/last six months payslips etc.

4. Provide your company's curriculum and activities that could reflect for your main duties. (for example Dhaknmondi Janata Bank doesn't required mechanical engineer)

5. Copy from web address about your company (if there) or from any associates about those information contain.

6. Any government approval about your company (though it will be tough for you) but try it.

7. Your supervisors/signor information with their business card (remember you should comply it by same signor as you provided previously to CIC)

8. If you change your job role then provide your updated CV (resume) with details work duties.

Cic dont have doubt about my organization but my JD. Specifically they send me letter about section 11 (1) of RIPA. they think i sent insufficient evidence of perform job 2132 NOC described in the lead statements.

going to send them

1. JD again with elaboration of main duties, signed by HR and department head
2. recommendation letters from senior colleagues
3. visiting card of HR and department head
3. affidavit of job report
4. joining letter, promotion letter, my visiting card

if any other things that you can suggest, please let me know. it will be great help for me.
