Hi Bro,

This is very unfortunate for you. As I remember that you have applied for PNP and paid your RPRF through online.

However, after this you have received your PF letter from VO.

It is common from VO that if the verification authority couldn't find any evidence about any company existence defiantly they send that kind of PR letter for fraudulent issue.

As you know that your company has not operation in Bangladesh from SO on SO date then you should send all of evidence to VO about your company's past activities in Bangladesh as well as your job roll from your various activities from various sources that you could proof that you were active employee in that active company.

Very simple if your company still running in operation here then it wont be a question. Otherwise it is really tough to get proof that you were an employee based on only your salary pay slip.

Just think deeply and broadly that how an authority will judge your skill.

Also I am in doubt that either you informed to VO before that your last company is not operating in Bangladesh so that they could go through in different way rather directly employer verification here.

However, better you could find more proof of your job in that company as well as your past company's activities that you need to provide to VO by raising CSE or send more docs to them via courier for reassess your file otherwise they will ban you at least 5 years to enter CA due to fraudulent.

Hope it may help you.

Best of luck.

Hi brother,

Just as a suggestion, you can submit the following documents to justify your ground:

1. Official Job Description Copy signed by HR and your supervisor.
2. Your ex-supervisors current contact information. Try to get in touch with your ex-supervisor who signed your reference, and tell him about your situation, and whether he can justify the closure situation of your company if CIC contacts him.

The above points are vary basic to provide them and that wont help to justify in the reality other than that supervisor working in acquiring company from closure.

Definitely there are some information in somewhere about that company's activities ~
1. Registered in Bangladesh BOI / Join Stock
2. Bangladesh Bank permission to open or closure that company.
3. Deed of agreement of rent closure/operating office
4. Activities linking information from other sources.
5. Existing employees information and their social activities profile (could be)
6. HR Managers / job duties signor's full details (could be their public profile) more information that they worked in that company and company's activities.

ETC.

I am just thinking how it could be more information that the VO authority can get the overview of real picture of that closure company.

Hope it may help.

You need to
1. book an appointment with Fullerton healthcare for medical exam. they will submit the report themselves and inform you via email of the submission.
2. pay the RPRF, print the receipt and send to CIC.

Good luck

Guys, Q regarding RPRF fees.

I have paid the fees, the official receipt shows the payment details (like card number, amount, receipt number, date) and Name only. there are still few blanks which it never ask during payment like client DOB, Address, postal code, telephone.
Do i need to fill these in the receipt before submitting it or let it be blank.

Thanks

Yes you could fill up by your application #, Name etc.
There will be no problem. Just keep a copy before fill up.
