2. Payslip
3. Appointment letter
4. Business card of your Manager who signed in your JD letter when applied.

Send the Hard Copy to SGVO

and you can also send scan copy through CSE.

I left the job in 2014. so i am thinking of sending following letters:

1) Appointment letter
2) Experience letter
3) last 3 month salary slips
4) Verification letter from director / owner of company
5) His visiting card
6) my older visiting card
7) One conveyance letter from company
8) one appreciation letter from company
9) one recommendation letter from a colleague (but from different dept)
10) might send my ID card (if i could find that).

From my GCMS notes I came to know, They check the website of the company and found they are in doubt abt the author of my reference letter. They found a Director with same name and thought he is the author of the letter even though I attached my supervisor's visiting card.

I raised a CSE clearing this confusion and put a link where my ex supervisor (who wrote the letter) is appearing in a news page. Thanks God here his name appearing with his designation. I put a screen shot and marked him in the photo.

Hope they will be satisfied now. Please pray for me.

just wondering is there any applicants who done mr in june still.waiting for ppr . Most july mr applicant have received ppr I assume. Is june mr is like march mr.....to be kept held up for unknown reasons?

Yesterday got gcms note, strange thing is, they didnt add spouse ielts point which was 6 in each section. And also in ecas, I have found that they added mailing address, is that a good sign? But still no second line update. Thanks

How can an applicant know why his processing is being delay if they do not let him know their confusion, rather ECAS shows "In Process".
However, can u pls tell the system & associate cost to make GCMS note ?

Its too early for you to request GCMS note. Most likely they did not review your file yet.
To check 3rd party agent(Linkedin, FB and other account in online, even checking Company website) is also a part of verification.

you can use http://www.caips.ca/ if you want to apply for GCMS note from BD. It costs 40USD.

If you want to apply through official portal then you have to apply via anyone who are staying in Canada. It costs 5CAD

I am one of them and still waiting for the PPR while other applicants who have just done the medicals in July get the passport requests. Only god knows what is going on with our files. It has been almost 5 months now

For GCMS notes

Previously, We have found that SGVO starts to review the file after two months of AOR.
But in current trend it is taking more than 4 months. We have found it in most of the GCMS notes. I have found some of July, August and September Applicants' GCMS notes where Eligibility Review not started yet as same as Security, Criminality and Medical. Currently, they are processing files for September and October batch. You can request GCMS notes anytime but if there is no significant changes found then it would be worthless. So, better to wait two months more then request GCMS note to get some significant updates.

3rd party verification and appropriate precaution

- They can check FB for your relationship with your Family members(Spouse, brothers)
- They can check LinkedIn profile for professional experience and JD and check the link with you who signed on your JD.
- Websites for your Organization exist or not and organization's work pattern so that they can map it with your experience letter and lead statement.

So, better keep up to date all of your profiles accordingly.
