Dont worry at all. Its normal scenario. Mine LinkedIn and FB account also checked on February and I found it in my GCMS note.

Just send
1. Updated Employment letter
2. Payslip
3. Appointment letter
4. Business card of your Manager who signed in your JD letter when applied.

Send the Hard Copy to SGVO

and you can also send scan copy through CSE.

I already sent them pay slips and other letters... the manager who signed my letter has left so I am asking the director to write a letter to support it. i will ask him to send hard copy directly to sgvo i guess. hope this doesnt jeoperdise my chances ..

When did you send? After their requisition?

If you didn't send any doc after their requisition then send it again.

Its not a big problem if you provide proper documents with explanation.
 
Yesterday I got my GCMS...it was written that, SGVO sent me 30 days Procedural Fairness letter about JD mismatch on 03.06.2015...but I did not get any. My consultant did not inform me anything.

They also said my consultant is "Ghost Consultant" and they are unauthorized and undeclared. Don't know what to do. Expect ur suggestion.

Which email address and mailing address you have used in your application?

If you use your consultant email address then contact your agent immediately.

If not then raise CSE immediately and mention which you found in your GCMS note regarding Procedural Fairness

May be your Agent use their address as your mailing address thats why they traces the applications which used same mailing address.

Check it by yourself which is used by your agent.

i sent them with the application... still they asked me for more... what else is left except a letter from director

Send the Latest Employment letter and all other documents which I mentioned in previous post with a letter from director again.

Send them again with all full details as Rumel Bhai described till your current date update. Make sure all duty should match with your NOC (at least 70% from lead statement)

Also you need to review of your linkedin profile as well as your facebook and other social profile where your other colleagues linked and that could proof of your job duties otherwise it could be reject your application due to not match with your company letter and your other public profiles info.

Another problem is..I changed my job on October 21, 2014 and submitted related documents to my agent befor getting AOR. He said he sent those documents. But there is no record of it on my GCMS...

If they sent your document then there must be an Entry in GCMS note as Incoming Correspondence and Note Section and also you should have an acknowledgment reply after sending the docs.

Ask your agent about this acknowledgment mail.

Didn't you use your email address for the communication?

If your Job switching is not notified yet then notify them immediately with and ask them if there any document required. In that case dont raise CSE regarding the concern of GCMS note. They will notify you.

If you have acknowledgment letter then raise CSE for the concern of GCMS note.

Do worry at all. InshaAllah all will be alright

the thing is I dont use or share any of my details on public forums... i dint update my linkedin profile.. how am i going to convince them on this

Did you inform about your Job status to VO? If not then there might be a risk for site verification.

In that case you will be in trouble. If you informed to VO then send the docs from current employer.

I asked the agent several times if he send the document of job switching and he told me that he sent them and they do not acknowledge the receipt. From GCMS I came to know that, the agent opened an email address in my name for communication which I did not know before. The 30 days PFL is about JD mismatch and also for unauthorized agent...may b thats the reason from my agent not to disclose with me about PFL. what would be my course of action now? If I raise CSE about not receiving PFL and if my agent replied to PFL query earlier, it will be a cause of contradiction. Please guide...
