I know two person who got DNA test for NBB even after PPR (1st one) and MR (2nd One).

It depends upon case officer.

1) Copy of original version (Bangla)
2) Copy of English Translate

Last night I raised the CSE and attached the affidavit copy which I submitted to City Corporation and informed that after submitting this affidavit I got the marriage certificate issued by Mayor office. That's why I'm sending the soft copy which I submitted to City Corporation office. I also attached a marriage photo hope this will work... BTW they noted: Notified of new baby and documents accepted. But they are in confusion abt our marriage!

Hope they will be satisfied now.

Next week I will try to get the marriage certificate by Registrar and after that I will send all the documents together via courier.

if you send by courier service then it is George street address.
If you send by regular government mail service then it is Robinson.

I had submitted notary marriage certificate. It was attested in law and foreign ministry. You should find a good notary who will also do the attestetion in ministry for u. It should be ok for Hindu Marriage.

I submitted city corporation copy as it is accepted by US embassy in Dhaka.
