Decision made!

Hello folks.

I don't know what came in mind but I felt like checking the e-cas and there it was, the 4th line (decision made)! Could it be a coincidence? I submitted passports only today.

Hi. These are the instructions I had:
As far as picture dimensions are concerned, it is the same as the pictures we all had submitted with our main applications. But we must NOT write anything on the back of the pictures.

Two pictures for each person.

One small envelope containing pictures of each.

Application number and name of the person written on each envelope.

Dear Mc. bhai,

you are a may 5th applicant with AOR on Aug 11th but had your MR on april 16th... :o
Well, fair enough for you now to keep the dreams on...

But....
How did you actually handle the long 8+ months waits after AOR to MR? Please share us your story, so that we the leftovers can learn to breath... I had my Aor on Jan 28 which is just over 5 months now (nothing much on my GCMS either, except Review required, Consultant's name on group section and their address as published as my address), though i feel frustrated seeing my situation compared to other luckier applicants but do not give up seeing other fighters on the que in front of me .... but realistically, i don't know that how will I survive for the next 3 months..!!!!

I wish your support will be very helpful to all of us..

thank you

For those who don't check eCAS frequently, yes, it could be a coincidence and for those who check it everyday it's a long awaited result. Whichever the case, the applicant really deserves it. Congratulations, mate!

Congrats for the 4th Line..My 4th line added even before i Submitted my PP to VFS...So nothing to worry brother

Re: Decision made!

Hello. Yes, I belong to the May-2014 group of applicants, some members of which had to go (or still are going) through a painful waiting period. Two months after AOR my second line was added. So, between the second line and MR, the pain was for 6 months. I did not feel it was 8 months. Still, 6 months is long to wait when you expect some news to pop any minute! To ease the pain, I just decideded to move on with life; keeping myself busy with life in general, learning new skills (i.e. driving), taking evening walk, and of course offering prayers. Otherwise life seems stuck. Waiting for time kills it. Patience pays off.
