Last two days my vfs status showed the decision is dispatched on 16th June. But today vfs status showing blank.
What could be the reason?

Don't relay to much on vfs status. Just get the passport when it is ready.

Hi MK2014

Did you asked them to courier (deliver) the passport to you when you are initially submitting the passports to vfs? or you choose to self collect from vfs?

And can you kindly share your passport submit date, DM date and your original Visa office ?

thank you!

I don't think frequent overseas trips is a major cause for the delay. Let me share my story. I travel abroad on a monthly basis due to a nature of my work mainly to the EU countries, USA, and some Asian countries. I applied for FSW on May 12, 2014 and got the VISA along with COPR on Dec 12, 2014. I personally think staff shortage combined with their workload considering FSW 2013, FSW 2014 and now Expess Entry play a big role on such delay. There's almost nothing we can do to accelerate their process besides keeping up our good faith. Cheers.

Let there be light, and LO! there is light. I wish you are right as mcgyver said and we are wrong.

I do hope this is true but per my GCMS notes, the only remaining thing is criminality check. I also observe that this check was assigned to RC-6262 which means the CPP office. So my application is not stuck at Sing but the CIC office. I might be wrong but that is my thinking. Others who have gcms can check this.

Hi Brother,
May I seek your help? How do you know that RC-6262 means CPP office? I am analysing my GCMS so it would help me if I know how to differentiate between CIC and SGVO. Please explain in detail.

Regards

dear friends,

Im wondering, anyone here received any verification after SLU? thanks

Did you receive any ?

I received SLU last month may 26th, what does it mean? thanks
It simply means the VO officially starts processing your application. Sometimes, in reality, the applications have been started before the second line is updated. In extreme cases, which are getting more common now, second line update comes in the same time as MR. So, theoretically the in depth verification starts after this update.

Hi Experts,
Can anybody tell me what is FOSS: N means in Paper File section of GCMS?

FOSS (Field Operational Support System) database is a central repository of information on all persons who have been or are wanted to be seen by immigration staff. It is the main operational support system for immigration operations in Canada. It is comprised of many components including query functions, status entry, document creation, refugee monitoring, case processing support, medical profiles, registry functions, client name and address, statistical functions, airport primary inspection line function, access and security, appeals and litigation, quality assurance and record maintenance.

N means negative, which means you have no previous record. Every application is checked against the FOSS database.

do we have a table to record applicants' status,

My site verification had been conducted last sunday but no second line yet. When could I expect second line update or MR? Does anyone have the same case? Did anyone get MR after site verification? If yes, after how many days?
