Do you have many foreign travel? Like even short vacations in foreign country? Blank means they most likely remove the content from there. Most likely security check is in progress.

I've been hearing a lot about the delay in processing due to the high number overseas travels. Is it true? Anyone knows this for sure or just guesses? I myself am a frequent flyer due to the nature of my job. If I stayed in my country for more than 3 months, I would be out of job already. I highly appreciate insights on this from the experienced forum members.

Need your suggestion urgently regarding my application.

Recently on June 02, 2015 I have got email from CIC saying I need to do paternity and maternity test. From the letter I realised I have mentioned my “Step sister” as my “Sister” mistakenly in my additional family information form. I have sent them a letter of explanation about the mistake and also said I am ready to do whatever test deems required by CIC. I have send them, her birth certification, her passport copy, my father's second marriage certificate copy.
I am very sad, everything looks like falling apart  I do not know if CIC accepts explanation letter at this point. I am already done with medical tests.
Now I need suggestion what should I do? Should I do the paternity and maternity immediately (they asked me to do that to prove that my sister is my sister since we have age gap of 24 years and they are not convinced, however that was a mistake from my end) or wait for reply from CIC based on my clarification sent to them?

Your suggestion will be very helpful. Since I am doing my application by myself so ca not get any lawyer advise at this point.

There was no need to send explanation note alone. I think you should go for test, there is doubt and that can only be cleared with medical tests and certificates.

Don't act in emergency, if you have not tried to hide something then every thing should be fine. I would suggest you sit down with lawyer or few good friends to discuss, as we don't know what you mentioned in explanation note or what is written in Letter from SGVO etc.

Please give some update on calculations u figure out from SS data... I still believe I will get a response by 196 day of AOR. So waiting for Aug 12 now a days... but din katleu rat katey na ghum e ashe na idaning...

Yes. Based on yesterdays' spreadsheet, at SGVO the longest case took 196 days between AOR and MR. But don't be pushed back by this particular case. It took this applicant over 5 months from AOR to SLU but only 40 days from SLU to MR. This is SGVO, on global basis as you can see the longest case actual took 240 days.

After AOR all applications are evaluated case by case, and not by FIFO. My ex colleague ( purchasing manager noc) who applied in Sept has already submitted passports for visa stamping. While earlier applicants including you are still waiting.

Please have patience. That's the only way you can go along.
