MINISTERIAL INSTRUCTIONS 12 FILE REVIEWED BY CASE PROCESSING AGENT PA's file reviewed under the
FSW- Eligible Occupation stream for Ml Eligibility. WORK EXPERIENCE Principal applicant (PA) identified their
primary occupation as one of the eligible Ml12 NOC codes: 2171 published in the Canada Gazette effective May
1, 2014. Based on documentation provided, duties performed by PA correspond to the lead statement and main
duties for this NOC. PA appears to have a minimum of at least one year of continuous full-time (or equivalent
