Hi! Mayb you can give your advise r opinion on my problem.

Our passports are with the visa office for visa stamping since 6th April 2015. Before the PPR came, my wife has already scheduled to attend a business trip meeting in Macau this coming 30April. Since the meeting is very important, it cannot be postponed or rescheduled. My questions are:

1. Should I request to borrow my wife's passport temporarily for 5days and sent it back to visa office when she gets back? Anyone has the same case?
2. Or Request for early visa satmping? Any one has same case?
3. Or do not go for the business trip and do not request to borrow passport. Bottom line, my wife will be scolded by her company and they may ask for damages on money spent for the trip.

Thanks.

Hi Bro,

Suggest please see the PPR notice -

After you submit your passports
 Please allow one month for permanent resident visa(s) to be printed and affixed in your passport(s). Do not contact our office to enquire about the status of your application until after one month has passed.

As per the above notice better not to push them to return your spouse passport without VISA stamp at this moment otherwise it may more delay for your spouse PPR since you are waiting for long time for this process.

Hope it will help you...

Hi Shamrajo. Thanks. Actually i really do not want to disturb the visa office in their processing. Im just worried that my wife's company will scold my wife and make her pay on all the expenses of the trip. At the same time I do not want to delay our application because of this. This is our child's future. It is really difficult at this time since letter mentioned that do not contact visa office after 2months. Sigh!

Thanks a lot brother. You have a sharp IQ :)

I raised CSE twice by myself in this regard. Will it be a problem?

Dear Fellow applicants,

My suggestion will be to stick with FSW as it is Federal. It will take more processing time but once you landed you can move anywhere in Canada.
The problem with SINP is that it is territory specific and you will have restriction on moving other places.

frmamun, an applicant of 11th July 2014, just got his gcms notes.
Eligibility: Not Started

I suppose there is a big pileup of May To July applications at SGVO. Some files transferred to Manila VO already.

Hi arkitekpaul,

I would suggest you drop them a case enquiry and explain the situation to them.

No harm in checking.

Absolutely Bro, we are in the same way to thinking of our kids otherwise whatever we are now it is sufficient for meet our purpose.

I fully understand your situation and in that case you could raise CSE if there is possible to get feedback from VO/CO.

Case specific:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=singapore

Or you can email them as "urgent" on the subject if they reply you.
General: Singapore-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

Best of luck...

Ha ha ha....
No bhaiya, it wont be impact on your file process if you raised CSE in the past. As I know there is no any indication from CIC/VO that you can't raise or it will impact in your application if anyone raised it. So relax and wait for your MR.

Best of luck...

My consultant strictly requested me not to raise any CSE or try to contact VO. Let them work on their pace and no need to bother them.

I really can't figure out this instructions.

Applicant has every right to raise CSE, Email, phone call, GCMS note etc for any irregularity. Even option for hire immigration lawyer if CIC has wrongly/mistakenly makes for "decision made".

However at this stage, like your case, agent is bit right because they know your file is ok and there is no problem to get your MR+PPR but need to be patience. We all know that PR from FSW1 is a lengthy process and moreover our files are processing by SGVO which is more time consuming VO in this region.

So my advise to you that not to think pessimistic and your patience will bring your optimistic result to your destination.

Wish you all the best.

Arkit - I would recommend leave it alone with the VO. Tell your company you are sick or Doc advise not to travel or something similar. Get an MC.
