I was in same situation. My suggestions are that dont leave the consultant use FedEx service INternational Priority which is very fast .... very next date your document will reach to canada and if they sent back on same day then in three days it will reach to SGVO. If they are late then they will inform VO that documents are on the way.

And relax these dates are not hard lines, they (SGVO) dont have only your file to process. Chill. Consultants are professionals let them handle the case their way.

1 to 2 week is needed for the update. The update is most likely done by CIC from their physician panel after your dr send them the reports.

Went to Dr Wahab's Chamber today morning to find out the issue of my spouse medical report..Dr Wahab's staff show me that the report has been uploaded properly on 7th March 2015!

I took a printout of the reports 1st page and sent the scanned copy of the report to SGVO...I still don't understand why SGVO missed the report of my spouse medical..

What is your detail timeline?

If the SGVO ask, the updated form then you can inform them. without this no need to inform as it will not create any problem.

Could u have any idea when they'll contact me?

It could be anytime after your AOR to before PPR (Passport request)

There are many applicants since May are stuck to get feedback from SGVO. So there is no option rather you need to wait and keep patience.

Meantime you can raise CSE at SGVO and even you can order for GCMS/CAIPS note to understand your application whereabouts.
