No worry Sister.
Somehow you may missed to receive your AOR from SGVO or it is in your junk/spam email folder. Usually 30~45 days take time to send AOR from SGVO. As per PER date you should receive your AOR by Mid to End of Jan’15. By this time VO already started review your file and could update to eCAS at least your permanent and mail address. Only question is if you apply by any consultant they might hold to know your AOR email because most of the consultant in BD doesn’t want to share AOR email confirmation to their client.
You can check your application status through eCAS by below link by your UCI # or Flie # from your PER email.

Otherwise you can email/phone call for enquiry about application:

Consider the above without space.

Over Phone:
Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
Call at – 0016139444000
Select 1 for English
1 for immigration
Call is being transferred to CIC
Then 1 for English
2 for status
1 for PR
When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold and let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
Agent will ask information about your last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.
