PER - Positive Eligibility Review
In your case, your first mail from CIC is called PER mail.

AOR - Acknowledgement Of Receipt

when your file transferred to Singapore Visa Office they sent you a mail for the file received confirmation

I think blockade & strike are the reasons for delaying BD applicants. Visa Office may be not getting the background checks or other reports regarding applicants on time. Besides BD applicants do not update their information regularly. That's why we are not getting update information. I think SGVO is working on 1st week of July applicants.

I had updated my demographic and work change details after AOR received in November . Eventhough no response from there !!!+!????

• Passport Sent to Visa Issued: 16 days
• PER to Visa Issued: 133 days
• Avg. Total Processing Time (Application Receive to Visa issue): 237 days

My AOR date shows in Global SS but not in SGVO SS.

Its different SS. May be it was not rendered from Global SS after your AOR.

Evevry thing went very fast for most of the Bangladeshi appkicant who applied before mid May.

SGVO just called me 5 minutes ago and ask me about my current job, working hour and my qualification.

I answered all the questions. In my ECAS, there is no second line yet. Hopefully, everything goes well. :-\
