No change in the timeline yet after having the AOR. I hope it will change whenever they will start processing between 80 - 90 days.

Im very sad to know this. They are doing whatever they like they could visit the workplace or could have asked for additional document this is simply stupidity. For some files, they are doing no background check and giving away visa and for some files they are rejecting

May allah always be with you. Are you going to apply for EE? Or is there any way to appeal for review?

Dear Seniors,
I have applied for FSWP-14 by myself NOC-1114 on 12 may 2014.

On 12 Nov-14 got a letter form VO where they asked me for clarification why my previous experience were similar. I was replied on 25th Nov with a fresh experience letter from both organization.

Surprisingly I have got refusal letter yesterday , where they said I did false representation.

But I have provided all guanine exp letter ,which I got from my employer.


* Shall I apply for a judicial review.
* Or any other option for me.

We can understand your feelings at this moment ..

Would you please share your letter/email communication from SGVO that we could understand about real picture of your rejection.

Also if you don't mind could you please share your company reference letter... please...

As we are your forum mate it would be really helpful to rest of members who are waiting for MR after AOR. At least other members could get an idea for their preparation...

Sorry to hear that. I am not sure why they are checking job description and lead statement. They should check main duties and roles.

VO working on the 11* NOC might be new or not experienced one. This might mean trouble for many of us.

Feeling very disappointed.
