Thanks Bhaiya.. Yes i am preparing for that. But it would be easy if we know the exact time.. Everything is so unpredictable... ??? Lets see what happen next.. Just pray for each other. And if any update plz share with us.

Isn't this the address to send documents? It was on top of the letter sent to me.
My Tracking ID is showing cannot be delivered to p o box.
the next line says address discrepancy resolved

What should i understand from this???? ??? ??? ???

I have applied for FSWP-14 by myself NOC-1114 on 12 may 2014.

On 12 Nov-14 got a letter form VO where they asked me for clarification why my previous experience were similar. I was replied on 25th Nov with a fresh experience letter from both organization.

Surprisingly I have got refusal letter yesterday , where they said I did false representation.

But I have provided all guanine exp letter ,which I got from my employer.


* Shall I apply for a judicial review.
* Or any other option for me.
Looking forward to hear from you.

What did you mean by " previous experience" did you take same type of reference letter from current and previous company?

Courier can't deliver to PO boxes. The correct address discussed many time in the forum.
But no need to worry looks like the courier found a workaround.

It looks NOC-2281 is hot for visa issue compare to 2171 applied highest numbers. Also there is no visa issued for 2173 compare to 2174 by the same number of applicants have received 3 visas.

I think it was same job description in both company reason it was suspicious from VO. Usually every company should some different job responsibilities but if anyone has put same in both company letterhead means it just copy and paste procedure and singed by seniors or HR.
