Bro , if medical results uploaded on 17th Nov then then your ecas third line should show " medical result have been recieved" by this time.

From where you have done medical ? Do they confirmed medical result uploading by them ( Clinic ) ?

I live in Singapore so medicals were conducted via Fullerton and they have eMedical Facility. I inquired with them and they said they have uploaded "all okay" medical results for entire family on Nov 17. However, eCAS was never updated for me.

You should order GCMS notes. It might give you some mental peace. Also if there is any problem with your MR, you can find that from GCMS note.

I assume from all above info indicating that all are female applicants. From my assessment if the applicant is single then file process will be faster than included spouse/dependent. For example C7 (guessing single and clean file). It may delay for spouse and dependent file/papers verification but I can’t find any other delay for processing on these female applicants except company (profile) should have proper HR practice.
