I resubmit under NOC1112 in May 2014 but was worried my IELTS will expire and miss the cap again
- True enought my IELTS expired right bfr reaching CIC...
I resubmit under NOC 1111 based on my previous experience in June 2014 with new IELTS.

SGVO has been very kind when i emailed them with questions in terms of my late PP submission and all. But do not send repeated email. They will respond to you if they can provide you with a solution. They are busy but helpful.

Buddy,

Yes only one FSW13 applicant from SGVO got this request....:)

quick question, Can we get a PCC even before the SGVO requested for it?
Anyone tried this? What document you presented when you requested this and what was the reason for the appeal form?

Second set of my GCMS notes has arrived!

To those who are interested,

This morning I have got the second set of GCMS notes on my case. Now, let me mention that, they began processing my application on Oct28-2014. My previous GCMS notes included only information prior to that date. So the report did not contain much. But this report was generated on December17-2014.

Before drifting to minor things, here I am pasting what I was eagerly waiting for.

Eligibility: Passed [previously it was Not Started]
Security: [totally blank; previously it was Not Started]
Criminality: In Progress [previously it was Not Started]
Medical: Not Started [previously it was Not Started]

There are two interesting lines in the NOTES section.
[Entry made on Oct29-2014, one day after my processing began] "pls request docs listed below"
[Entry made on Oct28-2014, the same day my processing began] "Request Bangladesh PC x 2 Meds to be issued"

Judging by the wording in the texts, it seems my situation is similar to that of Ashif bhai but not identical. In his case the text was more or less "sent emails to the applicant requesting for docs....." For me it is like Case Officers are making entries in the system asking each other to send me requests for docs. I have never received any requests for docs whatsoever.

I don't know why they were thinking about asking me for Bangladeshi Police Clearance reports. I had included those reports in my application. The reports should be still valid = less than 1 year old.

Nevertheless, just now I have sent a CSE to CIC addressing all the points above just to ensure I have not missed anything.

Some more texts:
"Sufficient points to qualify in eligible occupation. Employment references supported by pay slips and contracts. Selection decision passed....."

Lastly, one nice thing to know is that even though I originally had claimed 80 points, they finally rewarded me with 81 points! CIO-Sydney calculated the total to be 76 during the PER/NER phase.

Thank you all.

Vaia,

+1 for sharing the detailed report...

I have a similar GCMS report from my first and last one .....But a bit more additional things in my report like Medical communications etc...

It seems ur file is waiting for sending Medical since criminality pass stage is not a longer for BD peoples- thats what I have observed.....

Since u have already passed "Eligibility"----- ur ECAS have updated to second line....So u should get ur medical on next stage ....:)

So now wait for the turn, when ur visa officer is ready to touch ur file again..... :)

No other negative things are on here....So be patient....:)

All the best....

Dear brother,
I am indebted to you for more than one reason. It's good to know you have got your GCMS. It seems positive. I am in the same boat like you. Please pray for me and provide any suggestion if you think would help me.
