That's a good point. It is still not clear whether Ashif missed it accidently (i.e. perhaps it was residing in the junk folder) or CIC failed to send it. If CIC failed to send it then that would be quite disturbing and irritating.

I hope people now understand the importance of GCMS notes. By the way, how are you?

Thanks, brother, I am doing well. How are you ? I can see that your mind is still with your application. I hope you will get your most desire email you have been waiting for very soon. I am now being stuck with FBI PCC which takes 14 weeks to complete. I have just 1/3 of the progress :-(. So you can consider that I am waiting for you :D. Please do let me know when you receive your good news.

To all, I wish you Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year. I know it is extremely hard for us to shake the waiting game of out your head but spare sometime and enjoy the holidays. Optimistic saying, perhaps this time next year we might have a chance to meet each other. Cheersss!

Fortune and my Medical:

Since it was taking too long to get any email/response from SG after my second line addition (9th Oct 14), I have applied for GCMS report on 18th Nov. I rcvd the report one month later...Since I am moving it took two days to read the email....

[size=13pt]And then what I have seen on the GCMS report ( @ correspondence section ) - They have sent me Medical Request on 20th Oct 14 with below docs:

1. Medical Attachment for me and spouse
2. PCC for BD and FBI report
3. Photo
4. Updated Employment letter from HR dept
5. Right of Permanent Residence Fee

They had given 60 days for all of this formalities.Whole body of the emails is written GCMS report (with all other correspondences like PER/AOR etc.).

So I have already crossed that time frame.

After that I have sent an email to SG referring to this GCMS report's email and informed them that I have not rcvd any email communication from them. They have sent me an email immediately with Medical attachment and instruction. This time they have given me 30 days and mentioned that they will refuse my application otherewise.

So after waiting of 20 months I have finally received Medical request (without receiving any prior doc req from them).

Thanks to all of the forum members........Please receive my sincere gratitude for supporting me through out this painful time... :) . I am really grateful to all of you.

Asking my presence on ur prayer for my upcoming process and career........

Congrats Ashif Bhai....You are a Champ here and finally your efforts bear fruit....Keep your cool and move ahead...you will rock for sure...

Hi Raisa,

Just curious, how would i know the "File Transfer" date? Is that the second line?

Helloo,

Sorry for the late reply. I became to know about my file transfer when i raised CSE regarding AOR. In the reply they mentioned that they received my file from CIC on 21st November. And AOR is not the second line. By the way did you update the Global SS??? :)

As per suggestion by century and ashif,
wait for AOR. then inform your VO for that unwillingly mistake.
use some apology words.
send another copy of that form with correct information.

Thanks for your advice.

Which one would be better option.
1. Will inform them through CSE and wait till what they ask about it or any further doc ( according to one of forum member, he had same situation and he use CSE to inform VO. VO just acknowledge his mail and later on he got MR. VO didn't asked for any doc.)
2. Will send the new beckground declaration form and cover letter.

Or please advice if any other alternate option ?

Now I am waiting for AOR. Should I let them know now or after getting AOR?

Thanks for advice.

It's actually same brother. Your file is already with them. Date wise they will send AOR. It's your decision when to send. But don't linger. And you have to use CSE site.

Today I checked with my bank about my DD encashment. They infomed me that my DD has been encashed. But they cannot give the exact date. Last I called the bank on 15 December. So my DD encashed between 15 - 24 December.

My application date is 19 September 2014.

Its a good news to hear that the DD has been encashed.

Now wait for the PER.

Can anybody share me when i could expect my AOR. I am little bit worried now as 34 days passed. Should i make any query to CSE-Singapore.
I am principal Applicant.
My Spouse last month visited abroad for his official purposes after i submitted my application to CIC. Weather i have to inform VO-Singapore regarding his recent abroad visit. if i have to inform VO, then how i will inform them any specific guideline or i have to filled up the travel information form again.

Please share your experience and give your valuable suggestion

You should get your AOR within 4 January 2015
