I got a receipt from SGVO of acknowledging 150 CAD for my NBB, but that receipt does not mean SGVO encashed the DD

I sent my baby's document to add with my application.

But issue how to be sure my baby is added ? Is there any clue ? How to know that 150dolalr is encasheed. Do CIC or SGVO send any receipt.

You can email to your visa office and inform that you made a mistake(forgot to include information) and now want to correct it. They will tell you what to do next

There is no way that you could just forgot to mention about the rejection of USA visa. Now why i started to talk like this? Because your mistake is very much a serious one. In the main global forum there are some reports same as you. And all of those applicants were rejected & were also issued a minimum of 2 year BAN. Now what can you do? Immediately fill up a new background declaration the upload it to below link. There describe about your mistake and say how much sorry you are! it should be in a humble & polite way. Don't just say you forgot. Cozz definitely this word will let you to rejection. Believe me it happened. So think of a good explanation. If CIC accepts then you are lucky.

I do appreciate your continuous inspiration to all the members of the forum, which I found effective one. Can you please inspired the members who go(es) for medical after 16 days and send passport after one month of receiving respective request from SGVO.

Please its not an offence but to help SGVO being an applicant so that - for others probability of being late will be minimized.
