Even if few Applicants of 1112 got 2nd Line update on october last week & no update of those applicants including me have no update till date ..Seems SGVO is too busy with IT Professionals

Buddy, count me also...I am on the same NOC as yours and 28 MAY applicant...no news for 2nd line or MR yet...I think Finance related NOCs are the most unfortunate & less preferred for now...

Yes buddy, lets pray for each other, we don't know when they will look at our files, someone saying they are now busy with issuing PPR for the files which have already been started rather than putting hands on fresh files as per date serial....also thinking if some good news comes for us at least after Christmas...best of luck

No brother. Not a single background check from bank account as well as from employer. Other dont know.

Did you send photocopy of work experience/employer letter or original copy? Did SGVO ask for original copy if you send photocopy?

everything was simple photocopy. didnt notarize any of my work related papers. and they didnt ask any documents from me

Sorry raufen I got no AOR yet Ecas shows only-----We received your application for permanent residence on June 9, 2014.

is it ok? why they are not just sending the file transferred mail for confirmation? If otherwise shouldn't it be noted mean while? I am in dilemma whether I should wait more time or send CSE mail to them? :'(

AOR is never been a great mail since some of forum mates reported MR/PPR without AOR. However you can shoot a CSE at following link

1- full name,
2- date of birth,
3- file number [Letter followed by a nine-digit number],
4- telephone number, including area code,
5- fax number, including area code, and
6- mailing address

Question is whose information are for above 6 points. Principal Applicant or Baby's info ? If it is of baby than baby do not under my application yet.

1-2 are for new born baby's information (Kinda confused with the reply because in my case SGVO did not ask for similar requirements)..I would suggest u to make a CSE for 100% confirmation

3-6 will be principal applicants information

No brother i didn't receive AOR. Why you are feeling low. Just use the CSE. You'll know the status. If i don't receive within the next week i'll go for CSE.

I also got same reply for my spouse addition. I think all these info related to principal applicant. any expert opinion??

If SGVO is processing files according to high demand NOC, 2171 has not been progressed so far... some applicants of May 2nd week are yet receive 2nd line update and MR... Seems processing of 2171 is going slow...

One important question that I think a lot of people have in their minds. How are you people taking settlement funds from BD to Canada, given the 5000 dollar restriction for taking dollars out to Non-SAARC countries? How are we supposed to take more than that amount legally?

Any insights?

One option can be Carrying 5000$ cash & rest of the amount via Travellers Cheque

Dear Sukhi Islam bhai,
I found that you have received RPRF request on 30-Oct-2014 and after that nor more update. Would you please let us know the current status of your application.

Actually I am suspecting that all 2172 are with the same Visa officer and he will continue proccess one after another sequentially. Thus till no update on your case Anis bhai and myself are stuck.
