For RPRF , is it Bank Draft or DD ? What will be the currency Canadian Dollar or Singapore Dollar ?

RPRF attachment shows below two paragraph , my question is , is it applicable for Bangladesh.

""Singapore dollar payments must be made in the form of a CASHIER'S ORDER or BANKDRAFT, drawn on a bank in Singapore and made payable to the HIGH COMMISSION OF CANADA. Important: Bank drafts have a limited validity. Ensure that your bank draft is not older than two (2) months when it reaches this office.""

""Canadian dollar payments must be made in the form of a BANKDRAFT, drawn on a bank in Canada and made payable to the RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA. Important: Bank drafts have a limited validity. Ensure that your bank draft is not older than two (2) months when it reaches this office.""

Also where to pay "HIGH COMMISSION OF CANADA" or ""RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA"" ?

Payment mode: DD in Canadian Dollar (from SCB, you can choose Gulshan branch, go to counter 4. he is very experienced with handling Canada imm. fee process and helpful too )
Pay to: RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA

You MUST bring following checklist, otherwise they bank won't process fee payment:

- Original Passport (all family member accompanying you)
- Marriage Certificate- original copy (if you are paying 980 CAD)
- Medical payment receipt
- PER email printout
- AOR email printout
- Payment instruction printout
- Medical request Form (IMM1017)

Whether using old or new form do I require to validate the Form again ?
