1. Yes, Your EP is enough proof. But if you have the passport stamps, then you have to include a photocopy of the pages that shows your legal admission (stamps) along.
2. No need.
3. Contract will only serve as an additional proof including payslip. But the main document that is needed is your Certificate of Employment showing your job description that is aligned to the NOC that you're applying for.
