So for Nov and Dec applicants it's not until May'16 I guess.

It might be May, 2017 who can say ? Sgvo can turn 14 into 41 any time and it is their habit

If a person used to be a Singapore permanent resident, but lost the Singapore permanent residency while living in another country. What is the likelihood of getting the permanent residency back if that person goes back to work in Singapore one day? Will his/her re-application for permanent residency be treated as a new application?

Bro .. I have lived in Singapore for many many years .. and believe me .. once you loose your residency here .. it will be like impossible to get back ..looking at what is happening in Singapore. SGPR is non-transparent .. so once its gone .. means it is GONE..

14 Months or 15 Months is from time of AOR in SGVO. You should calculate your timings from Mar 2015 - Hope you are aware of this.

Anyways we should mentally prepared for some more delay. It would be good atleast we get everything by end of this year.

Very surprised to announce that after long long days at last a breaking news came just now. "Miritaly" has got MR just now ! ! ! !
She is presently living in Italy, but applied from Bangladesh using authorized agent. Details are :

NOC : 2172

You have to count 14/15 months from 19th March,2015 i.e. AOR.
