Rare chance for being rejected. But nothing is for granted, specially with Canadian immigration. one of my colleagues has received a serious objection from SGVO after submission of Passport and given only 30 days to defend himself with whatever documents he can supply. Otherwise, they said, he would be rejected and will be inadmissible to Canada for next 5 yrs.
My question is, how did they missed the points during 2nd line or MR stage or PPR stage? Now his passports have been stuck in sgvo for more than 3 months. He could not travel to a conference recently as he is not getting back is passport.
So, immigration to Canada is just like a Cricket Match being played between two parties and you have to wait until the final ball for the result. Even getting Visa may not guarantee your acces to Canada if you do not keep maintaining the factors for which you are granted visa.
