Hello Experts

I am waiting for my 2nd line / MR stage.
Apparently a very challenging situation raised for me, I have been offered a very good job recently but its completely different skills than what I have applied for FSW 14.

I am wondering if you guys can suggest me what is the further consequences I might have to face If I take on board to new challenge.
Is that going to effect on decision making of VO, my application, points etc?

Please help me.

If you are desperately looking to settle in CA I would suggest to stick in your current position but it depends on your financial support.

However if you switch your job to any role or NOC it will not impact in your application because CIC only require one year experience to eligible 67 points in total.

After you join your new job you need to update VO by raising CSE also you could find the process from your AOR/PER email.

It would be good if you update your time-line in your profile and that could help us to understand your situation.

From my knowledge VO doesn't acknowledge of any family member update. If there is any further documents or enquiry requires VO/CO will let you know otherwise you could find this reflect on the next processing step means in your MR.

So don't worry... your file is under process..

Shamrajjo bro please help, Is that mean we should not send any additional documents like newborns passport, birth certificate and processing fee before getting feedback from SVGO? I have all ready DD 150 CAD and going to send additional documents to SVGO. please advice.

Of course you need to send related documents to SGVO about your family members changes. I have mentioned from my earlier post that SGVO doesn't communication through email / mail about the family members updation in that application even you sent through CSE or courier. But if there is any further documents/verification require by VO/CO will ask you.

For your easy ref please send below docs directly....

1. Updated Additional Family Information IMM5406” FOR U AND SPOUSE.
2. 150 CAD bank draft
3. With a cover letter mentioning your new born child addition.
4. Child Birth Certificate
5. Passport.
6. Updated Bank cert (+statement )
7. PHOTO-6 COPIES (WITH FIVE COPIES WRITTEN WITH NAME+DOB+Photo taken date )
8. Generic Application form

Finally courier to the local VO address....
