Why you are leaving US as you are H1B visa holder?

Max H1b is 6 years which I already max out. After that you need to leave the US for a year before attempting another H1b. I wasn't successful with pr beginning stages so Canada is my next destination

Thank you. I almost made up my mind for contacting CSIS and asking them whether they were doing thorough security check on me upon a request by CIC. I would go ahead and do it if I received no reply from Manila and if I did not receive MR, RPRF, from SGVO anytime soon. I hope the May pile of patient applicants will be sorted out in near future.

Why do you send CSE to Manila instead of Singapore ? Have you received any response before that?

OK! I was looking for your ID! Would you believe that something you wrote inspired me to write to Manila?! You wrote to SGVO and got a reply from Manila, didn't you? That sparked an idea in my mind because that made me remember that these days SGVO has been "outsourcing" some Bangladeshi cases to Manila. Due to long silence of SGVO on my case, I grew suspicious whether they transferred my file too. So, I wrote to Manila and perhaps that speeded up something. Or, it could be that it was nothing more than a mere coincidence.

Thanks. Yes, I pray. If the last GCMS you got was 2/3 months ago, I think you should obtain another set. My third set is just a week away before I see what exactly they further did since the last update on GCMS. Unless your last CSE was for a general status enquiry, you can send one now, I think.

Just my 2 cents. I have lived in the US for 8 years from F1 to H1b status and the last was adjustment of status from H1b to B1/B2 from within US with USCIS. USCIS only granted 1.5 month for my case vs if tourist visa for Malaysia could be 5-10 years.

Point of my message is you will need to justify the length for b1/b2 visa for eg. Visitors requesting medical treatment with letters from doctors and etc will receive a longer duration vs for tourist with only itinerary. It all depends on your purpose for visiting US and how you justify with supporting docs.

Got my GCMS notes today. According to the notes, the last entry was on 6th March
Eligibility: Passed
Security:
Criminality: Passed
Medical: not started.

They did not include my relative's point and regarded my job experience to be 2 years!!!!! ??? ???(no clue WHY). But even then my points calculated to be 68. In one of the notes it is said that my kids were born on Nov 2008 and August 2010 that's why the VO had concerns whether I actually work in the company or not as I did not take any break. I wish I could inform them that my first child was born during my uni 3rd year and I took only one week off that too because of the operation.

In the later note, I met all the points but requested for PCC of my spouse's stay in australia. But I did not get any such requests or no mention of such request in the correspondence.

Criminality means whether you have any criminal history and security means whether your entrance to Canada could possibly threat national security.
