You need to have 20 or most posts to be able to give (+1 or -1) now you have 18 posts - you need just 2 more!

I think we see two buttons on the top left corner of every post marked good and poor. To rate +1 we need to press/hit the button named good, and for -1 the poor one is needed to hit. But of course to be able to rate any comment you need to have at least 20 post....Am I correct?

Don't worry brother, I hope you will get AOR by the next week though they taken more days than expected. AOR is a must for those who got PER. Stage of tension will come after getting AOR, because that phase is uncertain as nobody knows how much time VO will take to send MR.

So take breath, release tension and get relaxed.....

Okay, let me clarify a bit more, any application supported by the relevant documents is primarily reviewed by CIC once they receive this, when they find the application eligible to be processed they send PER. The next step is to send the full application package to the local VO . Once the application is received by the local VO they send a confirmation email to the applicant which we call AOR. And further full verification starts by VO after sending AOR. So, there is no possibility to start processing before sending AOR. Keep smiling brother.

Brother you won't see those as you have only 17 posts so far, need to complete 20 posts at least......

Correct - after having 20 posts - the member will be able to give ratings to other members

Brother correct me if I am wrong, but if you are using courier service, they cannot deliver in the P O box, I had the same problem.
