Do you think it will lead to rejection???

guys ...anyone?

I know that incomplete application is a reason for rejection/return of the application. I wonder if including more-than-instructed information (i.e., personal history more than 10 years ago) or more-than-instructed documents (e.g., primary education copies) is also a reason for returning an application? I have read too many returning application messages here and thus I have listed personal history and addresses since the age of 18 (rather than just since 10 years ago) in Schedule A. This is the last batch of applications before the launch of a new system and thus I do not want to screw up. Anyone knows the answer?

providing more details and more supporting documents is not a problem. if your documents are self explanatory it will make sure that an interview will be exempted and furher review may not be necessary.

@ kollins Thanks for your message . Like i said i can only hope and pray. The organisation is one is a very big one in Nigeria with good pay and i do not want to jeopardize my employment by doing anything outside the rule. Can you please confirm if i get a a close senior colleague to write on my behalf although it will just be between the two of us .
Another issue why i am not ultimately bothered is that my lawyer is a very known immigration lawyer in Canada and he keeps assuring that it is not a problem that the CIO will use his discretion in our favour as they understand that some employers can be crazy. But why will i take a gamble as a gamble it seems to me. Even if i get my colleague to write , will it be received it on time and will be taken in and added to my documents. Kindly advise me on best way to go about this
I guess you'll just have to give it a push .....
The documents you included is fine but if feel sending additional documents will make your mind to feel at ease,no worries.
Just send it immediately if you want to send it and include enough details to enable them link both packages together.
Wishing you the best.
Cheers
.

Your more than enough information that you supplied will/can never be used against you.
No matter what you send in excess,CIC search light will only be on their own requirements and so will not affect you negatively.
Don't worry.....it's gonna be fine.
Cheers

Seems to me you have already submitted .
If you're yet,in addition to the letter from your ex .MD,you can also use an affidavit to attest to the fact that your company does not give such letter because of policy and also declared all your duties and bothering requested by CIC in the affidavit.
Cheers
.

I'm planning on re-sending my app this Friday, with changes. If I give the letter from my ex- MD and the affidavit, do they need to be similarly worded or exactly the same in respect to duties?

I'm also planning on resending under a different NOC 1212 since I had experience in that years ago, as my current NOC 2281 might me full up by the time they get to my app... Do you think I have a chance on applying with past experience??

It does't have to be the same wordings but surely, the job duties needs to be a mirror image of one another.A CIC official should be able to decipher that both prints are referring to your Job duties with little or no difference.
You can also send in another NOC provided the experience is gained within the last 10 years of sending of your application....Dec,2004.
Cheers.

You may send two applications. Notice that in each application, you can have one and only one primary NOC code - having two primary NOC codes is a reason for them to return your application.

If its not in the form, then you will not provide that information.

Hi guys,

need your advice on reference letter from employers:

1. is the letter neccesary to be signed by HR or a direct supervisor is fine?
2. My direct supervisor sent me a reference letter with everything requested inside but without amount of annual salary and benefit and he said that he may not authorize to confirm my salary plus benefit. Thus can i enclose with the letter my bank statement to indicate my salary during that time?

Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks

1. supervisor if fine and attached his business card and company i.d.
