My Friend's Application package was returned as he forgot to attach travel details form. In the mean time 2173 is capped.

Do you know if a married couple family apply for PR do they get 2 different uci number for 2 member or just one ?

My application received on the 18th of August, and I just found a mistake with the credit card details (the security code at the back)!!!

Can I send a scanned copy now with the correct details? Or it is too late?

Do you know if a married couple family apply for PR do they get 2 different uci number for 2 member or just one ?

UCI # is unique and as such different UCI #s for every family member.
For example
PA will have a UCI # 91xxxxxx1
PA wife/husband will have another UCI # of 97xxxxxx8
PA child will have another number 92xxxxxx5 etc

Actually birth certificate is in arabic. Her actual name is " Ayesha Ahmed Bano" which is mistakenly written wrongly by arab person as Ayesha Ahmed Vaano :/


Now in translation which i have to get from Court what should i request Huh in translation can i get it written Ayesha Ahmed Bano while in arabic it still may remain Ayesha Ahmed Vaano.

Any way - CIC does not accept scanned documents.

Please send a revised FEE PAYMENT FORM to CIC ASAP as an additional document - Else the payment will fail as the CVV is incorrect.

Get an affidavit (in ENGLISH) stating the following: Ayesha Ahmed Baano, incorrectly spelled as Ayesha Ahmed Vaano is the same name and belongs to the same person.

Attach a cover letter with an explanation of the same in plain English. You should be fine.

Many thanks for your response. My NOC is 4011 still only 302 applications. I will post the revised FEE PAYMENT FORM now, and I hope it will catch there before they reject and return the package back!!

I have sent my docs but unfortunately dob on my WES reports is wrong.
My real DOB on all docs are 4th march 1982.
But in wes report it ismentioned as 03rd April 1982 !!!! will it be big mistake

I just sent my application on 20/Nov(all my forms were signed and dated on 19/Nov) and it's still on the way(hasn't been received by CIO), however the generic form IMM0008 was updated on 22(or 23)/Nov, will that affected on my application? anyone knows or has the same experience? appreciate!!
