Mistakes That Will Sink Immigration Application

I have found following content in a website:
---------------------------
Not signing the forms
"Sounds simple right? But it happens all the time. A form is not signed where the individual is required to sign. For example, the Additional Family Information form can require 3 signatures on one page. Often people will sign the bottom of this form, and miss the fact that 2 other signatures are also required depending on whether there is a spouse or children. Failing to sign this (or any other form) properly means a returned file weeks (or even months!) after it has been filed.

Another example is the (Generic??) form that has a section that requires signatures only if a translator was used. If there was no translator used and you mistakenly sign in this spot, your application will be sent back to you at some point in the future."
------------------------

My question is where and how many signatures actually is required in "Additional Family Information" form??

Guys, do help me out
Thanks

There are chances, your application would be returned, but you never know if luck is with you ;)
Keep your fingers crossed..You did big mistake, & there is no excuse for it....so if application is returned, you got to blame yourself..

I forgot to mention NOC code and category on the envelope label :( I know it's a stupid mistake but hope they will at least open it to check in the forms. Anybody had this issue before?

Weirdly i have also forgotten to write down the NOC code and category on the envelop. but have received PER so be assured that if you have not done any other grave mistake you will be through. ;D

How to write the main duties in that short space in schedule 3?

Write till as much as it contains. Also use a separate sheet to write down in details. Don't forget to mention in that separate sheet- your name, DOB and the form for which you are using extra sheet

As the information provided by you is highly incorrect.

No, man ,missing visa office indeed won't reject your file as this is a minor mistake. You might have read previous posts in the forum that people got accepted even without submitting job descriptions on company letter head ....just self declared notarized duties were considered. You can guess job description is the back bone of the application in order to be processed. So, your's is minor, I think.

Stay calm.
Self declared notarized copy is not acceptable. My application was not processed due to that reason in2011 and Cic informed the reason later on.
