FSW 2014 Reject reasons

Hi,
I have a question,
I got rejected from PhD stream because job duties don't match with NOC, (although they are almost copy/past!!!). So I was wondering if it makes sense to change my duties and again apply under another stream of FSW with my work experience, I've heard that if I change my reference letter they think that it's fake and will reject it, does any have similar experience?

No record of yours is kept and as such you can get a new reference and resubmit please.

Send it now along with your personal information on cover letter, also put a brief explanation of situation on cover letter.

No,your application will not be returned as incomplete.
PCC can either be provided at the initial application submission
or requested for in a later day by the VO.

Some people have claimed that CIC has emailed them before sending the package back. Not everyone received any emails though as most received their package back directly.

How long does it take to get the package back, in case I want to apply immediately.

This depends largely on the postal services of your country.
Watch out for at least 30-45 days but could be shorter if the
postal service is highly effective

Just realise I am also sailing in same boat i.e. forgot to send my foreign education credential along with WES evaluation , you just mentioned that you have resent your papers again.. please let me know what all we need to sent and how do they get to know about combining my package as I have not received any notification from them (no UCI or file no.)

My application reached there on Sep 4 .

Guys - i sent in my completed application to CIC and it reached tem on Sep 22.

just when i started reading this forum, i realized that i had forgot to include copy of my foreign education credential (copy of degree and arksheets). i only sent the WES evaluation original.

I am sure now that my application is going to be rejected ; but looking for advice here. what do i do out of the 2 options below ??

Option 1:
Wait for CIC to reject and send back the application so i can include the docs and resubmit (here i run the risk that if CIC returns it late , then it might be too late for me to send in the application again considering my application has only reached them on sep 22)

Option2:
Send additional documents in a seperate package explaining to CIC that it was ommitted from my previous application by mistake .Do you think that will work?

Option 2 is the only possible solution atm. Make it asap, dont forget to mention your name, DOB, Passport number, NOC, UCI (if you have one). Many applicants did it and got PER..

yes i sent the missing documents in a follow up package with a covering letter that had reference to the original application package (key details being passport number, nationality, full name, noc code and date of birth)

my package containing additional documents has also reached the CIC now.

its wait and watch time for me ; i will keep you posted on what happens.

Why do you say that no records are kept? Have you seen any sample GCMS notes? There is a section on history of past applications.

With PERs & NERs records are kept
Return due to capping or incompleteness records are not kept.

friends, its my first post here and have very important question please lead me if there is a way to apply again:
I applied as a skilled worker in 2009 after a few years waiting I got an letter on July 2013 that my application was refused as inadmissible as per section 40(1)(a) !!! and I cant make a new application until July 2015 . its unthinkable that they found a stupid mistake in my bank statement from bank ( a minor document without any point ) and after that I got a letter from bank to resolve this problem but they didn't believe me and refused my application very easily .
question is: I m waiting until this year and I don't have any chance for new program in 2015 because I have 44 years old and my age is over . if I send my application in last December they review my case about 4 or 5 month later that and I miss only 2 month to over this 2 years . let me know if you know a way to apply this year.

can u please explain what was the mistake in bank statment?

in this fsw 2014, u odnt have points for settlement funds. i think u can apply now. but the point is will u explain this with cover letter.

Send it as an additional document right away. The FEE payment form is a must.

PCC is not mandatory during the application stage and your file wont be rejected due to this. Its however a MUST and you should be able to provide it in the future as and when requested by the VO (generally around MR stage).
