Yeah, apparently a pointless wait, as my consultant forwarded the mail to me today, but it was dated 12th Feb!! So basically it must have just been sitting in the consultants mailbox for the last 20 odd days before he finally bothered to check.

November applicants please raise ur voice whether anyone receive AOR or not? Almost one month passed of PER for mid November applicants.... but very few responses of getting AOR.....feeling tensed

same here mate....no AOR or MR. Can somebody tell me if any Nov applicants have been transferred to NDVO or they are all going to warsaw?

It depends, as per my observation if the file is in NDVO, it takes only 20 to 30 days from AOR to MR. But for Warsaw it takes 3 to 4 months. but NDVO takes 3-4 months from MR to PPR , whereas Warsaw takes just few days from MR to PPR which covers the time wasted in AOR to MR at Warsaw. This is just one case observation. Below is the details from other thread for your info.

Though I too want everything to be as fast as possible and above case is just an example. Hope it helps to contain your patience

Saurabh, NDVO is NewDelhi Visa Office ? If I am correct then can you tell me why the file is moved to Warsaw Visa Office.

Does it mean that our Visa office has changed from New Delhi to Warsaw ?

Can you shed some information on this as I am not too aware of it ?

Nothing to worry..

NDVO is overloaded with backlogs. Hence CIC has done this to ease pressure from NDVO. ( New Delhi visa office). as warsaw office dont have much pressure, we dont have to do anything only the processing would occur from there and later we needed to deposit our ppr to NDVO only or to VFS india only.
This has been confirmed by lot of seniors, my consultant too. Below msg recd from my consultant when i asked for this change.

Dear Mr. Saurabh

This has been done to provide the shortest possible processing time. In some instances your file may be transferred to the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi. If so, we will be notified you .

Yes , That is true, Files being transferred to Warsaw in order to decrease the processing times.

I was not knowing about AOR. My timeline says AOR but I have just received PER.

So should I expect AOR ? or now it will be MR only.

I received my PER on 11th Feb. So when should I expect MR ?

If your file goes to Warsaw you will receive AOR before MR. But if file goes to NDVO, I heard from some ppl that NDVO dont send the AOR but instead you get update as 2nd line update directly on online status.

hello , i have sent my application since 3/11/2014 and no response till now , knowing that i sent it in July 2014 and received it back due to a mistake from my consultant in1/11/2014 ( the application was checked by the CIO IN SN).
MY QUESTION : WILL IT TAKE THIS TIME TO RESPOND TO AN ALREADY CHECKED APPLICATION??

Hi all!

I want to share that yesterday I have received the MR from Sao Paulo VO. 1 month after PER received. Spreadsheet already updated.

Applic. Received: 05/11/2014
CC Charge: 08/01/2015
PER: 05/02/2015
MR: 04/03/2015

One piece of information I would like to share with the forum...

I was a Permanente Resident since 2009, but due to some circunstances I was not able to meet residency obligations and though my circunstances were of high importance to me and my family, both me and my lawyer did not believe it could serve to apply for extension under humanitarian and compassionante grounds, so I chose to re-apply from the scratch.

It did not come as a surprise but rather as a confirmation on how straight-forward and no-so-bureaucratic Canada can be when on March 3rd I get a call from the consulate indicating that they could not proceed with the assessment of my application as they actually could not grant me a right that I actually already had. Thus I would have 2 choices: request an assessment on compassionate/humanitarian grounds that could lead to a refusal or extension and second option to decline my PR status and waive my appeal rights to that status so that they could than evaluate my request.

On the same day I submitted my waiver and consent document and early morning yesterday they acknowledged its receipt and that I should wait for further notice. To my surprise less than 5 hours later I get the MR emails for me and my family. Way to go Canada!
