Have you CC or DD been encashed?

How can I check that cause I had sent a DD in the name of the immigration office through a Montreal bank.

Not all VO send AOR, For the background check the more the places you live , the more complex is your application as they will need to carry out background check in all places you live. There is no such thing as premium processing for FSW, it is on first submission basis

Hi Tbaba,

As you explained, more the places you live , the more complex is your application. Places means different different countries or different different areas within the country ?

Any Real Update/News regarding NOC 1111??? Beyond the fake images or stories??? Or any direct victim by whom got returned application due to Cap reached?

One guy who was added in What'up group shared his email received from his consultant in Canada, That guy application recieved on 30th Oct 2014, and CIC returned his package to his Consultant on 13th Feb 2015 due to Cap....

I think realy cap reached during october 2014 because after that no cc/dd charge information.

I mean different countries

Thanks Tbaba.

How do I know which VO is my case transferred to as I have not received the AOR yet. I received my PER on 04-Feb-2015 and my application had reached CIC on 13-Nov-2014.

Guys, I've just received an email from my Visa Office (would this count as an AOR?).
They're asking me to deliver more documents to prove my marriage is genuine, as I got married just a few months before sending my application and they found it suspicious.
Though I'm a little frustrated because this will delay my application a bit, I know they have all rights to ask for further proofs. After all, it's their duty to help protect the system from frauds.
Any suggestions as to which documents will help me prove my marriage isn't set up?
Cheers.

I forgot to share my timeline:

App received: Nov 4th
CC charged: Jan 07th
PER email: Jan 30th
AOR(?): Feb 23rd

NOC 5125

These documents have already been sent with my application. They're mandatory if you're married, btw.
Thanks!

Dear MWA Sir, I already requested to please don't reply with reference of any friend etc e mail or such stories bla bla........ I only need direct victim??? Are you? On the other hand, I am cent percent sure you had not seen even direct e mail of returned by CIC. I am confirm, may be you seen only an image of JPG in which wrote something. I could not say Cap was not reached, it is anticipated that Cap could be reached or could be not. I only need direct contact number of Direct Victim. In this regard, I think you did not read my message or did not care it. Anyhow, It is also not according to MI that CIC would send returned/rejection due to Cap via e mails. Furthermore, CIC did not allot UCI which applications returned due to Cap up to yet...........!

This is something very new. Usually I read if you add your wife after getting married or you get married even before filing your app then they just ask for marriage certificate. I mean asking for proofs is lame of VO.

She must have received letters/parcels in our address. We didn't even bother to create a common bank account.
I think I'll send them pictures of our wedding party, trips we've done together and family parties we've been to.
Also, it might be a good idea to send them emails we exchanged since we were an unmarried couple from 2011-2014, lol.
Thanks for your support.
