I have applied under NOC2241 category. Is it necessary to continue my current job. Can I change my employer ? I have received PER email, but awaiting AOR and MR. If I change my employer, does it impact my file processing ? Can someone guide me here please.

Yes you can change job,CIC understands that along the process lots of changes may happen and therefore is aware of that...when they send you MR..you will update them with new changes in your job and that settles it..its not going to affect your processing in anyway bro..so go ahead and grab the new job with the higher pay. ;D...make sure you work towards saving much from the new job with higher pay...(and i wont mind some for my consultancy...lol)..Stay well bro.Cheers

Relax bro...panic is not the name of this game but patience...good news you have your CC charged...from recent trends it takes almost 40days now for PER to arrive...so you are very much in the game.

It is still LVO and not Islamabad. I am from Pakistan and CIC officer confirmed that on 13/02/2015 my file had been received by LVO.

It is not a sign of rejection. I'min the same ssituation , application received 7th Nov, CC charge 9th Jan, No PER yet but ECAS shows in process, I believe a senior officer is reviewing our file. As for me I'm claiming point for relative so they might need to review all document submitted. So relax PER will come.

I got my UCI number by calling CIC.

I have one question here. Right now I am single and had applied for PR.
Now Suppose I get the PR and BEFORE Landing in Canada I get marry.

In that case

1) Do I have to update CIC ?
2) How can I take my wife to Canada ?
3) Is it that I have to go alone first and Land in Canada and after that I can process my spouse visa ?

I am thinking of very much ahead I know that but still I am positive and so just asking my concerns.

when was your application submitted? If your MR come before October, it might be difficult to include her. You can make changes during MR stages after MR it might be difficult. Share your timeline and VO so that we can advise you better

Hi I have a question regarding travel info update.to CIC. When I applied to FSW my travel info was nilIn't go abroad at that time. I got PER last mnth. This month I travel outside of my country fr d first time. Should I need to inform CIC or Visa office about my abroad tour? Should I send them d xerox copy of my passport?
