Hii Friends,

I have one question here. Right now I am single and had applied for PR.
Now Suppose I get the PR and BEFORE Landing in Canada I get marry.

In that case

1) Do I have to update CIC ?
2) How can I take my wife to Canada ?
3) Is it that I have to go alone first and Land in Canada and after that I can process my spouse visa ?

I am thinking of very much ahead I know that but still I am positive and so just asking my concerns.

Hi, does CIC send an email after PER to confirm the file transfer?? Or is there a 2nd line in ECAS??

This information I come to know by calling CIC. The Customer service agent confirmed that the File received by LVO on 13/02/2015.

I have applied under NOC2241 category. Is it necessary to continue my current job. Can I change my employer ? I have received PER email, but awaiting AOR and MR. If I change my employer, does it impact my file processing ? Can someone guide me here please.

To my knowledge, if you get your PR visa, your FSW process is over, regardless of the time of landing ( you have one year period to land, after you obtain your PR). So, if you get married after your PR, I think you need to look into a different approach of bringing your spouse to CA. You might send an email to David Cohen and ask about it. :)

You can change your employer, but notify your visa office. Changing employer does not have any impact on your file processing

Hi friends,

I am November 16 applicant NOC 0111. Till today no communication from CIC, my ECAS is active and showing In Process.

Do I have chance to receive PER, or it's already rejection, because my application takes too long to be processed.

Pleas reply, please advice
It is not a sign of rejection. I'min the same ssituation , application received 7th Nov, CC charge 9th Jan, No PER yet but ECAS shows in process, I believe a senior officer is reviewing our file. As for me I'm claiming point for relative so they might need to review all document submitted. So relax PER will come.

Now Suppose I get the PR and BEFORE Landing in Canada I get marry.

In that case

1) Do I have to update CIC ?-If married now before Visa is issued,YES, you have to update your local visa office for your wife to be included in the application process, but if after Visa..NO you cant take you wife along.
2) How can I take my wife to Canada ? -before visa YES..after Visa NO
3) Is it that I have to go alone first and Land in Canada and after that I can process my spouse visa ?-YES if you marry after you have gotten the visa, through spouse sponsorship but i bet you bro its a longer process...advise?marry her now and include her in your application while you send updated proof of fund to meet required number of family and pay her processing fee as well as Right of residence fee.

I am thinking of very much ahead I know that but still I am positive and so just asking my concerns.
