Guys,

Just got the note from CIC saying my application couldn't be accepted in processing as it was received after the cap was reached. NOC 2171. My question is should this be mentioned as rejection in any future visa applications ? I have to apply for a US visitor visa soon and hence wondering. Please advise.

Same here Nov 25th applicant cc charge Jan 20. No PER yet. Sixth sense says tomorrow is the lucky day...so good luck guys...don't loose hope..

Status is in progress.
Noc 2172.
Next week will be our turn.
