I am a Nov 7 applicant and my CC was charge 9 Jan, 2015. But no PER yet. Any November applicant in similar situation? Please share you view

Unfortunately my PER doesn't consist with Ecas no. Why do we need Ecas no?
Please give me link for checking application progress by UCI.

Date of charging might help to predict PER date.

Plz helppppppp,
Actually i asked my bank if my bank draft has been encashed or not he told me not yet ,by luck i got my uci number and when i checked my status it was in process and we received your app on 1st dec 2014, many people told me that it must be encashed but someone told me this is for credit card only but wiz bank draft the status is in process till they could get money from my bank draft as it takes time ,is it true ?
